Paxton Manieri

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Doctor of Physical Therapy student

Growing up playing sports shaped the way I think about training: it should build confidence, support the demands of competition, and help every athlete perform at their best. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I bring experience training high school athletes and a background in strength and conditioning. I’m also completing my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, with graduation planned for December 2026. I use that education to build thoughtful programs around each athlete’s goals, schedule, and resources.

My coaching brings structure to your training: a plan that fits your life, clear feedback, and adjustments as you progress.

Manieri Performance Training provides strength and conditioning coaching. This service does not include physical therapy, injury diagnosis, or rehabilitation.

Before you start

Questions before
you get started.

Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is for anyone who wants to build strength, improve fitness, or train with more structure. You do not need to play a sport to join. We discuss your goals, equipment, experience, and support needs before enrollment; people who need hands-on instruction may be better served in person.

Do I need a full gym?

Your program is built around your available equipment. We discuss what you have access to during the introductory conversation to make sure the setup fits your goals.

How does this fit around my schedule?

For athletes, we account for practices, games, and existing team workouts. For adults, we work around your job, family commitments, and available training time.

How do check-ins and calls work?

Each week, you share completed sessions, how training felt, and upcoming schedule changes by text. A monthly 20-minute call gives us time to review progress together. For athletes under 18, parent-inclusive communication is established during onboarding.

What if I or my athlete have an injury?

This is performance coaching, not injury treatment. Let your coach know about pain or an injury so the training plan can be paused or reconsidered, and work with an appropriate treating clinician for evaluation and guidance.
